After WORTHYdomes got involved there are now over 500 domes like this in Haiti that are still standing after multiple hurricanes and earthquakes.

With automated robotic sprayers paired with closed molds, advanced PU formulas and design, WORTHYdomes is pioneering unparalleled standards of product quality, energy efficiencies and production capacity through innovation.

Nature Resistant Material

The Opal® is made of proprietary PolyUrethane blends that are very resistant to anything Mother Nature, or man, can throw at it. Because of its aerodynamic profile from all directions, it provides solid protection from weather. It remains intact, and in place through even the worst wind conditions; whereas conventional (high-drag co-efficient) buildings are displaced, or completely destroyed. For those who want minimal environmental impact, the Opal® dome can be completely buried underground, so you leave only footprints! For those needing greater protection, the Opal® can be upgraded with ballistic grade custom formulations of PolyUrea & Kevlar™.

As of September of 2020 we have now had 3,000 LIVE births in this Medical Clinic in Haiti.

WORTHYdome Specs

WORTHYdomes Specs Opal® domes are precision-made and of consistent dimensions, insuring a perfect fit every time. We do not see managing rapid growth as a major risk, thanks to our automated, robotic production line that can produce a completed part every 3-5 minutes. Our ability to produce an entire new mould set in approximately a week, plus the fact that we only require quickly trained labor to run the equipment, means that we only have to find space to install the added mould lines
